Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel at home in every Valendrua piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help make it so. Please read the details below so you know what to expect.
Return window
You may request a return within [14 / 30] days of your order being delivered, we measure this window from the delivery date rather than the order date.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In their original condition with any tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Items that can't be returned
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Intimates, swimwear, and earrings
- Gift cards
How to start a return
Email us at info@valendrua with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll respond with instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive items shipped back without tracking.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping entirely — see below.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@valendrua within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the piece you'd like. If you need help with sizing before exchanging, reach out — we're glad to advise.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@valendrua. We can typically cancel and fully refund an order before it has entered processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it falls under the return process above.
