Every Valendrua piece is prepared with care before it makes its way to you. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Order processing

Orders are processed within [1–2] business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping times

Because our pieces are sourced and dispatched from our supply partners, please allow the following estimated delivery windows after processing:

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on destination, carrier, customs processing, and seasonal demand. We share the most accurate windows we can, and we'll always be transparent if something changes.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on orders over 60$

Any applicable shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where we ship

We currently ship to [the United States / United States and select international destinations]. If your country isn't available at checkout, we aren't able to ship there at this time.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to [48] hours for tracking to become active. If your tracking hasn't updated after several days, reach out and we'll look into it for you.

Lost or undelivered orders
